5. How do you start a study session?

I spend 30 mins organizing my desk, sharpening pencils, and getting snacks (procrastination). I open the book but stare at the page while scrolling Instagram on the side. I start reading passively, but get up frequently for water/breaks. I have a goal (e.g., "Solve 20 Qs") and start working immediately.

6. What does your "break time" look like?

A "5-minute" break turns into 1 hour of gaming or Netflix. I lie on my bed scrolling reels and feel too lazy to get back up. I talk to family or eat, but struggle to regain focus when I return. I stretch, walk, or drink water for 10 mins, then return promptly.

7. Do you engage in "Fake Studying"?

Yes, I sit with books open for parents to see, but my mind is elsewhere. Yes, I highlight entire pages without actually memorizing anything. Sometimes, I re-read easy chapters just to feel productive. No, if I am not understanding, I stop and change my method.
