1. What is your typical breakfast?
Nothing, I skip it or just have coffee.
Sugary cereal, white bread/toast with jam, or biscuits.
Standard meal (Roti/Rice) but very heavy portion.
Protein-rich (Eggs/Paneer/Oats/Sprouts) with moderate carbs.
2. How often do you snack on junk food (chips, sweets, soda) while studying?
Daily / It sits on my desk.
3-4 times a week when I'm stressed.
Rarely, maybe once a week.
Never. I snack on nuts, fruits, or roasted makhana.
3. How do you feel after lunch?
Extremely sleepy, I usually need a nap or can't focus.
Sluggish for an hour, then I recover.
A little heavy, but manageable.
Energetic and ready to study.

4. How much water do you drink?
Less than 1 liter. I often forget to drink.
Only when I feel very thirsty or with meals.
About 1.5 - 2 liters.
Over 2.5 liters. I keep a bottle on my desk always.
5. What is your caffeine (Tea/Coffee/Energy Drink) intake?
Excessive (4+ cups). I need it to function.
I drink it late at night (after 6 PM) to stay awake.
Moderate (1-2 cups), usually in the morning.
None or Herbal Tea only.

6. What is your sleep duration and consistency?
Erratic. Some days 4 hours, some days 10 hours.
Consistently low (5-6 hours). "I'll sleep after exams."
7 hours, but I wake up feeling tired.
7-8 hours at the same time every night. I wake up refreshed.
7. What do you do in the last 30 minutes before sleep?
Scroll social media or play games in the dark.
Study difficult topics / solve problems on a screen.
Chat with friends.
No screens. Reading a physical book, meditating, or relaxing.

8. How much physical activity do you get?
None. I sit at my desk all day.
Very little. Just walking around the house.
I try to walk or stretch for 15 mins sometimes.
30+ mins daily (Gym, Running, Sport, or Yoga).
9. Do you experience back pain, neck pain, or eye strain?
Yes, constantly. It distracts me from studying.
Yes, usually by the end of the day.
Rarely / Mild discomfort.
No, I have good ergonomics and take stretch breaks.
